GENERALI reserve the right to decline a request for any reason.The client must provide clear and detailed references or descriptions. I am not responsible for misunderstandings caused by vague or incomplete instructions. (See “Communication” below for more info.)This is a digital commission - no physical products will be shipped.PAYMENTSPayments are processed through Paypal or the VGen system if comissioned on VGen.REVISIONSMinor and reasonable revisions (e.g., color tweaks, small detail changes, missed parts of the characters design) are included at no extra charge.“Surprise me” commissions are generally excluded from revisions unless agreed otherwise.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYThe default deadline is 1.5 months, however in general, commissions will be completed much sooner unless unforeseen circumstances arise.You will be notified if any significant delays occur (See "Refunds" below for more info.).USEAll commissioned artworks are for personal use only, unless commercial rights have been explicitly agreed upon and paid for.(If you decide you’d like to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes later on, you may purchase commercial rights at a later time.
The price will be based on the current commercial use fee at the time of your request for commercial rights)You may use the artwork for personal purposes such as avatars, profile pictures, prints, or social media display (with credit).You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, branding, resale, etc.) unless you’ve purchased commercial rights.Do not alter, trace, or redistribute the artwork without my permission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSI retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, on social media, and for promotional purposes.Purchasing a commission does not grant ownership of the original work or copyright unless separately agreed upon.Clients may request anonymity or a delay in public posting.REFUNDSIf I am unable to complete your request or miss the deadline, I will notify you and issue a full refund.If I’ve already started working, a partial refund may be available depending on the stage of progress.No refunds will be issued after the final piece has been delivered.COMMUNICATIONTo help me create exactly what you envision, please provide:A clear description of what you want: pose, mood, colors, background, expression, outfit, etc.Visual references of the character(s), outfits, style, or anything else relevant—this can include art, photos, sketches, mood boards, etc.The more visual and written information you provide, the better the final result!I WON'T DRAWMecha (complex robots, heavy machinery)
